Open it straight away
Live goods are most at risk in the first hours. Unpack in a bright, calm place, not in the sun.
Plants
Unwrap, rinse the roots gently and plant or soak them the same day. Wilting after travel is normal and usually passes.
Animals
Introduce them slowly to their enclosure and make sure food, water and hiding places are ready. Do not handle them for the first few days.
If something is wrong
Take clear photos right away and report it from your order page within the guarantee window. We will put it right.
